With Crestron Digital Media installed thoughout the entire facility, presenters have the ability to display any kind of media anyplace in the building, including broadcasting wirelessly from handheld devices. The Flaming Gorge Ballroom has five 165-inch screens and four 137-inch screens, each equipped with stunning digital display capability from the Highlite Lase projectors. Complementing the screens extreme color accuracy and picture clarity, the conference center also has a robust, built-in digital sound system in every room.
The executive Ashley Boardroom has two 80" Sharp Aquos HD TV's which are unmatched in picture clarity and performance in their class. This room features new easy to use video conferencing equipment compatible with commonly used programs like Skype, Webex, and Go To Meeting. The boardroom also features in room conference calling.
The Split Mountain Meeting Rooms and Paradise Banquet Hall each have 137" screens and 6,800 lumen Digital Projection projectors. All the projectors give extreme color accuracy and picture clarity.
Standard audio visual needs are included in room rental charge. Custom packages are priced on an individual basis.
